1. Service Description

restorephotosapp.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Service”) is an AI-powered photo restoration platform that enhances, restores, and colorizes photographs. The Service is operated from Poland and subject to applicable EU regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Rules

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may:

Upload and restore your own photographs or photos you have the right to use
Download and use restored photos for personal or commercial purposes
Share your restored photos as you see fit

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Upload photos that you do not own or have rights to
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
Upload content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the AI models used by the Service
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service itself without authorization
Circumvent usage limits or security measures

6. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each account receives a limited number of free restorations. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time payments through our payment provider (Polar). Credits do not expire.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your original photos and the restored versions. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the restoration service.

The Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI restoration will produce specific results, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Data Processing

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed as described therein.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination, except where required by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.
